Processing & tracking

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Once shipped you receive a tracking number by email; tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Returns

You may return unworn items in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery. Email chai47177@gmail.com with your order number to start a return. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.

Customs & duties

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties and taxes set by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility.

Delays

During peak periods, customs inspections or carrier disruptions, delivery may take longer than estimated. If your order has not arrived 15 business days after shipping, contact us and we will investigate immediately.
